Loren & Amber,

The dry wall on our bedroom and bath should be up within the next week. Then we will be ready to begin painting. After the walls and ceiling are painted the cabinetry goes in.

We were really excited to see the pictures of your cabinets in your blog. Our intentions are to have the cabinetry in both the kitchen and new bath built to match the era of our house. That means painted cabinets just like yours.

There seem to be a lot of people who like the Ikea look, and are not as keen on the simple beauty of painted wood. Seeing how your cabinets turned out has inspired us. We are more confident than ever we have made the right decision in going with traditional painted wood.

We have put a link to your blog (http://bungalowranch.blogspot.com) on the Related Sites menu on this web site. We hope it encourages people to check out your project.

Hey Anne and Gary, we have been checking your site regularly for a while. We live in Bend, OR and actually almost bought a home in Baker City about two years ago. We have our own restoration project in the works so check out our blog. We are most interested in following the progress of your bathroom renovation as we plan to do the same this summer, all the way to the studs. Keep in touch!
